ABOUT VERONICA: THE YOGA TEACHER:

Grounded in the ancient wisdom she discovered beneath the sun in her yoga training in Malta, Veronica flows through each steady sequence with unwavering intention: breath, body, and earth moving as one. For her, yoga was never meant for four walls; it belongs outside, to the wind, the soil, and the sky, where every pose becomes a conversation with the natural world.

• SPECIFIC LOCATION IN THE PARK: The yoga session will take place in the green space across from the Fort Greene Tennis courts and next to the Fort Greene Playground South.

It's the perfect way to breathe in the sun and connect with nature while moving your body.
