Out-Out: Rainbow Rejuvenation (in collaboration with Club Yoga)

Introducing Rainbow Rejuvenation, your monthly dose of queer wellness in a safe and welcoming space! In collaboration with Club Yoga, we're offering a 2-hour event to help you unwind and connect.

The session kicks off with a 1-hour beginners yoga class led by an inclusive and mental wellbeing specialist, designed for all levels and bodies. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned pro, this class is all about finding your flow in a supportive environment.

The studio is fully equipped with all the Yoga gear you'll need - so all you need to do is turn up in comfy clothes and immerse yourself in the zen!

(You are, of course, welcome to bring your own equipment should you wish - whichever you're most happy with)

After yoga, we’ll move into a 1-hour mindful chill-out session, where you can relax, refresh, and recharge with optional light refreshments available to purchase. Take this time to centre yourself, meet new people, or simply enjoy the calming vibes.

When: Sunday, 27th October 2024, 12pm - 2pm

Where: Club Yoga, Regent Street, Rugby CV21 2PE (above Oxfam, opp. Bacco)

Cost: £10 per person / £8 concessions (available for any reason, no proof needed) / £12 supporter rate (offering a £2 donation to Out-Out to help us to offer future events & concessions)
