Get ready for a wonderful Christmas by making your own Christmas pudding (serves 4 people). With less than a month until Christmas day, this session will put you in a festive mood! Full recipe, ingredients, techniques & knowledge provided. You will leave with your pudding, and full cooking instructions, to cook & then store at home.
Non-alcoholic mulled punch & something to nibble on are provided for a mid-session break.
The excellent facilities at Houlton School mean you have your own workstation. Full Q& A too. Dairy Free or Vegan can be catered for. Disabled access and facilities available. Suitable for all ages & abilities, Under 12's require adult supervision.
Please bring an apron and any questions you may have!
