Open Your Heart: Yoga & Sound Bath Meditation

Join me, Kyla Nurkowski (200 YTT & Reiki II), for an afternoon dedicated to heart centered practices. All our welcome!

Enjoy a fresh cup of herbal tea and unwind.

Flow through gentle yoga, opening your heart with mindful movement.

Settle into meditation with sound healing, where the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls will guide you into deep relaxation.

Please bring: Yoga mat, pillows, and/or blanket for comfort
