Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Series @ Acreage by Stem Ciders

Welcome to Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Thursdays at Acreage by Stem Ciders led by YogaSix Nine Mile. This event will take place in the Cellar room, admist ambient lighting and echoing sound bowls. Join Samantha for a deeply restorative 60-minute experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit as we transition into Winter. We will begin with Yin Yoga and then move into the Sound Bath. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound bowls, harmonium, and gentle vocals, all crafted to support your nervous system and ease tension. This session is the perfect way to release stress, reset your energy, and enter the new season feeling refreshed and balanced. Bring your mat, blanket, and optional eye pillow + bolster to support your practice. Samantha Lawrence will lead us through a beautiful hour, and we will unwind after with a refreshing cider. Make reservations at STEM to stay afterwards for dinner!
