Cooking & Nutrition Class Series: Traditional Foods

There are many foods that were once celebrated in our everyday kitchens, but have recently become overlooked. Let's explore these traditional culinary preparations and the important nutrients that they can provide.

Each class will begin with a demonstration, including butchering, processing, and preparing traditional ingredients. I will then lead us through a nutrition topic to better understand how these foods can greatly support our health. And lastly, of course, tasting!
