We are holding an Open Session on Saturday 30th November from 2 - 4pm. Anyone is welcome to visit the centre and meet some volunteers. There will be opportunities for private or guided meditation and some items to browse and buy, such as books, pictures, incense and mala beads, so you can treat yourself or treat a friend.
