Crafting Stillness - Join us in honouring the Winter season, as we start to come more inwards with a gentle guided meditation & collaborative Art lead by Ana, Make your own Herbal Tea with Amber & Collaborative Music space with Dippy Bamba, the lovely duo Jack & Amber.

What to expect:

-Welcoming Cacao upon Arrival
-Guided Meditation and opening of the Hearth
-Yummy Teas
-Vegan Cakes for Sale (£2 suggested for donation)
-Collaborative Art (Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring extras)
-Make your own Herbal Tea Blend (Materials also provided)
-Interactive Live Music (Bring any instruments, you'd like, but there will be lots available )
-Optional Sharing Circle at the end
