Candle Lit Restorative Yoga

Spend your Monday evening relaxing and unwinding in a candlelit setting. Let your body and mind slow down and sink into the heated floors during restorative yoga.

The Amethyst Cave in Southbourne every Monday 8pm-915pm

These restorative yoga sessions are focused on breath awareness, simple asanas and guided meditation.

We will use bolsters and props to allow the body and muscles to deeply relax and let go of tension and stress in the body.

Allow yourself the time of reconnecting with your internal world, dedicating your energy to connecting your mind, body and spirit.

Give yourself permission to feel safe and nurtured during this practice, reset your nervous system and leave this class feeling relaxed and prepared for the week ahead.

This class encourages intuitive and mindful movement and is suitable for yogis and yoginis of all levels and every body.
