About this Event
Join Chris Milazzo of Bad Cholesterol for a first of its kind pizza class. In classes no larger than 4 people, you'll learn how to make Bad Cholesterol's signature sourdough pizzas -- in Bad Cholesterol's working pizza kitchen.
During the class, you'll get first-hand experience and one-on-one instruction from Chef Chris on:
- How to create and maintain a starter
- How to make naturally leavened dough
- How to stretch, top, and fire pizzas in commercial pizza ovens
Each class also includes snacks and light refreshments, pizza dinner, take-home recipe card and Bad Cholesterol hat.
More about Chef Chris: Chris founded Bad Cholesterol in 2021 after a half-decade as a lawyer. Despite being self-taught, this recovering attorney has already garnered accolades from EATER and Andrea Strong of the Strong Buzz for his creative and delicious sourdough pizzas.
Note: Because Bad Cholesterol is a working commercial kitchen, you must wear: (1) a hair covering (e.g., hat, beanie, hair net); and (2) closed-toe, non-slip shoes. Failure to do so will prevent you from participating in the class.
