In-Person Class: Sushi Making 101 (NYC)

Are you ready to roll like a pro? In this class, Chef Michelle will show you how to make sushi rolls from scratch—step by step. You’ll start by learning how to cook sushi rice, cutting the perfect veggies, and even making a tasty Asian dipping sauce to bring it all together.
This class is super laid-back and easy to follow, so whether you’re a beginner or just want to learn a new skill, it’s a fun way to make some amazing sushi rolls. You’ll get to make three rolls of your own creation! Together, we’ll make a classic California roll, a spicy salmon roll, and a traditional seaweed vegetable roll. You can customize your rolls to your liking, so feel free to get creative. No need for any prior sushi experience—just bring your love for food and be ready to have some fun! I’ve got everything covered for you: your station will be all set up with fresh ingredients and all the tools you’ll need. It’s easy, it’s hands-on, and most importantly, it’s a blast!
