Relax, refocus, and improve your strength and flexibility with yoga to enhance your life. Join personal fitness trainer Josie Moorlag in October for a four-week yoga class. Open to adults 18 and up with all levels of experience. Bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable exercise clothing. Limit of 20 participants per session.
