Join us for a soul-nourishing experience at Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area (meet by visitor center)! Step away from the noise of everyday life and into the healing embrace of nature. This guided hike is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through scenic trails, mindful movement, and peaceful moments of reflection. Open to all ages and experience levels, this event is your chance to restore balance in mind, body, and spirit.
