Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get yourself settled so that we can all begin together and on time. Note: Our new studion asks everyone to sign a liability waiver at the door the first time they come in the studio.

5Rhythms is a guided dynamic movement meditation practice where freeform dance, spontaneous and unique, is the medium and the medicine. We follow "the wave" of music, energy and rhythm, surrender tension and open up to the wisdom of the body as a gateway to consciousness. It is a practice of being in our bodies that ignites creativity, connection & community. No prior dance or 5Rhythms experience necessary.

There are no right or wrong moves, no steps to learn. Dress to sweat, trust your bare feet and follow the choreography of your soul.

Classes are led by Daniela Peltekova and/or Masayo Benoist, both certified 5Rhythms teachers and accredited 5RTA members.

Sales end 10 mins before the event. (Eventbrite registration in advance preferred, or Venmo/Paypal at the door). No cash at the door.
