Join us for a free 1-hour Vinyasa Flow class and stay for some good cold beer! Taproom opens to yogis at 10:30A, class starts at 11A!About this Event
All levels welcome :)
Please bring a mat, and towel, and water bottle
60 minute Vinyasa Style Flow class focusing on syncing breath to movement
Followed by some exclusive time at the bar before we open to the public at noon
We'll have NA drinks and our full menu at your disposal!
The event is FREE but donations are happily accepted!
