Stress Less: A Virtual Breastfeeding Support Group

This is a 4-week virtual support group open to any parent who is partially or exclusively breastfeeding/lactating/pumping/chest-feeding.

You’ll learn coping skills and practical wellness tips as well as lactation support from a certified lactation consultant.

You will receive resources and referrals should you need further support. Group is co-facilitated by a Cedars-Sinai Reproductive Psychology Program mental health provider and Cedars-Sinai lactation consultant.

Join for education and discussion on:
- Mitigating the stress and anxiety around breastfeeding
- Healthy social media consumption
- Sleep, exercise, and nutrition
- Setting and maintaining boundaries
- Heading back to work and finding balance
