On October 19th at 9:00 AM, Silver Lake Walk Club is hosting a womxn only Book Picnic at Vista Hermosa Park, surrounded by trees and the beautiful Los Angeles skyline.

Bring the book you are currently reading, a blanket to get comfortable, and a snack to share. We’ll begin with one hour of uninterrupted reading together in the fresh morning air. Afterward, we’ll gather to share snacks and dive into a conversation about what we’re reading. It’s the perfect way to slow down, connect, and meet other womxn in the community.

What to bring: a blanket, your book, and a snack to share

Snack Ideas: tangerines, croissants, grapes, bagels, berries, or any other affordable, easy-to-carry morning bites.
