NYBS Wine Dinner @ Woodruff Rd featuring Reynolds Family and Bordeaux wines

Hello neighbors and fans of The New York Butcher Shoppe.

March Madness is coming and this month we are getting in the spirit with a fun Head to Head wine event. We invite you to join us for our Wine Dinner event planned on Sunday March 22nd at 6:30pm at our Woodruff Road Shoppe for an intimate night out enjoying our Premium Wine Tastings and food pairings.

This month we will be comparing a small family Napa winery that uses old world styles to create both seductive Napa Cabernet and complex Bordeaux style blends against some of our favorite high-quality Burgandy and Bordeaux varietals, including a stunning offering from Baron de Rothschild and other select Bordeaux wineries dating back to the late 1700s.

We first met Steve Reynolds of Reynolds Family Wines last year and have been big fans of his belief in harvesting at the peak of ripeness producing wines that are intensely flavored. Their wines are driven by superior vineyard location, fanatical vineyard management, minimalist winemaking, and a bias for learning from experience.

Staying in the March Madness theme, we have invited two wonderful wine reps from two different distributors, to showcase these wines. Summer from Advintage will be tasting the Reynolds Family winery for us, while Shane from RNDC will be sharing the amazing French wines. We appreciate their participation in this event and look forward to you joining us!

Our Woodruff Road team is developing a themed four-course tasting-size portioned chef-prepared menu, to pair perfectly with the night’s wines; Barons de Rothschild Les Legendes Bordeaux Blanc, Reynolds Carneros Pinot Noir, Reynolds Napa Valley ‘Persistence’ Red, and Chateau Tournefeuille Bordeaux.

Tickets are $195.00 for a couple.

Each purchase of a “couples’ ticket” will receive TWO bottles to take home: the Bordeaux style Reynolds Napa Valley ‘Persistence’ Red and Barons de Rothschild Les Legendes Bordeaux Blanc (combined over $90 in retail value)

We will be offering two special flights for you to experience the aromatic and flattering varietals comparing Bordeaux style vs old-world wine making in Napa Valley. If you Pre-Order more than $300.00 from any of the featured wines, the price of the flight will be fully complimentary.

All featured wines will be available for special pricing purchases only if locked down that night, delivery will be made by the end of the week 3/27/2026.
