The Iron Caterer Throwdown has always been about more than food—it’s about community, collaboration, and giving back. Each August, the Iron Caterer competition brings together the region’s most talented chefs to raise funds for local nonprofits while celebrating culinary creativity at the highest level.

Now, we’re expanding that mission.

Introducing the Iron Caterer Throwdown – Chef Dinner Series—an intimate, chef-driven dining experience designed to create more opportunities for the Iron Caterer Foundation to continue supporting meaningful causes throughout our community.

Chef Sibert is known for refined flavors, thoughtful technique, and a deep respect for ingredients—bringing his signature style to an exclusive multi-course dining experience.

Chef T brings bold energy, culinary leadership, and an unmistakable presence both in the kitchen and the room.

Each course will be paired with a custom-crafted cocktail by Social Latitude, thoughtfully designed to complement the menu and sponsored by Beam Suntory.

The evening begins with a Pre-Event Cocktail Hour, featuring complimentary beer and wine. A full cash bar will be available throughout the dinner.

Ala Heart GVL
A Greenville-based nonprofit providing meals, resources, and support to families navigating medical crises during their most difficult moments.

Loaves & Fishes
An organization dedicated to reducing food insecurity by serving nutritious meals with dignity and strengthening our community through compassion.
