Join us for an exclusive and unforgettable evening where culinary excellence meets the next generation of rising talent.

A Seat Among the Stars is an exclusive five-course dining experience featuring Michelin-starred and Michelin-recommended chefs collaborating side-by-side with students from the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas. This extraordinary event celebrates mentorship, innovation, and the vibrant culinary future of our region.

The evening begins with a reception from 6:00–6:30 PM, featuring curated wines and elegant hors d’oeuvres, followed by a 5-course seated dinner at 6:30 PM , each course thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines.

Each chef will create a signature course, working directly with culinary students in the kitchen to inspire, mentor, and elevate their craft. Every dish will be expertly paired by Sommelier John Mitchell, offering guests a seamless progression of flavor and experience.

This event is held in partnership with VisitGreenvilleSC and benefits the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas Student Activity Fund, supporting experiential learning opportunities for our students.

Tickets are $215 per person, all-inclusive, and are tax-deductible.
