NX Breakfast: Commercial Strategy, Growth & Shared Challenges
Rather than a formal presentation, this will be an open round-table conversation exploring commercial strategy, business growth and some of the shared challenges facing organisations today.
Who is this for?
This breakfast is designed for NX Members who are operating in, or progressing into, leadership roles and want to develop their understanding of how organisations grow, make commercial decisions and overcome challenges.
You don't need to work in a commercial role. We welcome perspectives from across different functions, professions and sectors, with the aim of creating a valuable exchange of experiences and ideas around the table.
The discussion
Ben will draw on his experience leading ODS's commercial operations and growth strategy, sharing insights into growing a business, navigating commercial challenges and delivering social value.
Members will also be encouraged to contribute their own experiences, questions and perspectives — from challenges they're seeing within their organisations to opportunities for growth and improvement.
