ODST: Anaphylaxis & Asthma Annual Refresher
About this Event
As a Trust, we have made a number of arrangements to prepare for Benedict’s law coming into effect from September 2026. Benedict’s Law is a set of statutory allergy safety requirements for all schools in England. It mandates that schools publish specific allergy policies, provide staff training, stock spare emergency adrenaline auto-injectors, and create Individual Healthcare Plans (IHPs) for pupils with diagnosed allergies.
This face-to-face Anaphylaxis & Asthma Annual Refresher training for school staff at 6 venues across our hubs. The training takes 1 hour 15 minutes and will be at a hugely reduced cost of £15pp (recharge to schools centrally).
Please choose the date, time and venue that suits your staff members best.
- Thursday 3rd September – St Frideswides (Oxford)
- Friday 4th September – The Batt , Witney (West Oxon)
- Monday 7th September – New Town (Reading)
- Monday 14th September – South Moreton (South Oxon)
- Wednesday 16th September – Dr Radcliffes (North Oxon)
- Tuesday 29th September – All Saints Juniors (RBWM)
We ask that schools only sign up a maximum of 2 members of staff per session throughout the day with a maximum of 8 bookings per school in total initially to ensure we distribute the training fairly.
This training is strictly for ODST staff only.
