In this Event:
A hands-on workshop where you’ll explore and sample products selected by a dietitian to make your meals more nutritious (and delicious!). Learn why these specific foods deserve a place on your plate... get tips for building satisfying and energizing meals...and walk away with new ideas for your meals and snacks. Bring your curiousity (and your appetite) — you'll taste, learn, ask questions, and and walk away with new ideas that make nutrition feel doable and realistic. Leave feeling like a true nutrient ninja.
This workshop focuses on adding, not restricting. No dieting. No food rules. No guilt.
About the Speaker:
Elizabeth Harris is a registered dietitian, certified Intuitive Eating counselor, and employee wellbeing strategist. In her private practice, Elizabeth guides women to stop dieting, make peace with food and their bodies, and create sustainable habits for lifelong health. She also collaborates with organizations nationwide to create employee wellness programs that lower stress, elevate performance, and promote whole-person health, helping both individuals and businesses thrive. Elizabeth co-hosts Wellness Rebranded, a top-ranked podcast where a dietitian, a personal trainer, and a mental health therapist team up to give women in midlife the tools and conversations they need to prioritize their health and feel good in their bodies without the guilt, shame, or grind.
