Instinctual Intimacy: Reawakening Primal Connection

Beneath our everyday patterns and roles lives a deeper knowing. It’s an instinctive, primal intelligence that shapes how we love, touch, express, and connect.

Instinctual Intimacy is an experiential workshop for couples who want to explore this deeper layer of intimacy through breath, movement, energetic awareness, and embodied presence.

In this guided evening, you will:

• Begin with conscious communication to clarify desires, boundaries, fears, and longings.
• Explore the concepts of primal and sacred sexual energy, and how instinct and presence can coexist.
• Learn a form of primal breathwork designed to awaken energy in the belly, heart, and body.
• Practice impulse-based movement, discovering how to feel a sensation, emotion, or urge arise in the body and express it consciously, with your partner.
• Explore intimacy through eye gazing, grounding touch, and partner-based breath practices.
• Experience a guided, fully-clothed version of the Primal Sacred Sex energetic process, a playful, powerful way to move energy, awaken instinctual expression, and deepen connection.

Throughout the evening, you will be invited to stay attuned to your body’s impulses, your emotional landscape, and your partner’s presence. There will be space for reflection, integration, and shared understanding.

This workshop is designed to support couples in:

• Deepening trust and emotional safety
• Awakening passion through authentic expression
• Reconnecting with instinct, intuition, and bodily wisdom
• Cultivating the courage to be wild, tender, honest, and fully present

This experience is open to couples of all genders and orientations.

No prior tantra experience is required, just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore. (The workshop is designed to awaken connection. All practices are fully clothed.)
