Awakening to Spring-Reiki Sound Bath Meditation

Join Annapolis Crystals co-owners Terry Levitan and Donna Offterdinger for a restorative meditation experience with Reiki energy healing and soothing sound bowls.

A Spring Soundbath Meditation Reiki class offers a gentle space to unwind, reset, and welcome the season’s natural sense of renewal. As soothing tones from crystal bowls and soft instruments wash over the room, participants are guided into deep relaxation while Reiki energy supports balance and energetic flow. There is nothing to force or achieve — simply rest, breathe, and allow the calming vibrations to quiet the mind and soften the body. Like the ease of spring itself, the experience invites a lightness of spirit, emotional release, and a peaceful reconnection to your own inner rhythm. 🌿✨

You'll enter a relaxed and open state as Terry leads the group in a guided meditation with sound healing. Donna will give Reiki healing to cleanse and align your chakra system to bring in the flow of energy and information you need to move forward on your path!

Donna often channels intuitive messages for your highest good, which she shares with participants personally at the end of class.

This experience will open you up to understanding what's next on your journey, moving beyond the conscious mind and into the realm of limitless possibilities. Choosing joy, and expanding your capacity for more of what you want!

Participants are asked to bring a small blanket and/or pillow for settling into a relaxed, meditative experience in our zero gravity, lie-back chairs.

Reiki: energy as nourishment.

Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress and relaxation that works with energy that flows through all of us. "Reiki" comes from the Japanese "Rei" (spiritual wisdom) and "Ki" (life force) and translates into "universal life force energy." Energy is redistributed or recharged through the hands. This rebalancing raises your vibration levels, causing negative energy to dissipate allowing life force energy to flow in a healthy way. The result is a calm, centered-feeling—the place we are all meant to live from.

Donna's approach in this group setting is to not place hands directly on bodies, but rather to hover hands over your energy system - about 6-12 inches from your physical body.

Terry is one of the co-owners of Annapolis Crystals and brings a grounded, trusted wisdom to her spiritually-centered work. A retired RN with nearly 40 years of experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care, maternal health, and hospice, Terry is an empath through and through. Now, Terry is a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and specializes in past life exploration and chakra healing.

Donna is a mother, grandmother, and wise woman with 20+ years of intuitive healing practice. Donna has always found herself drawn to angels and all things unexplained. She has found comfort in crystals, tarot cards, Reiki, and Past Life Regressions for the last 20+ years and loves sharing these passions with Annapolis. Donna is Reiki attuned and excited to share this modality with our class!
