Nurturing the Self: Hape' Ceremony

This Mother’s Day season, you are invited into a space of deep nourishment, grounding, and intentional pause.

Nurturing the Self: A Hapé Ceremony is a guided ceremonial experience centered around reconnecting to your body, softening the mind, and cultivating a deeper sense of inner care.

We will begin with a warm cacao offering to gently open the heart and ground into the space. From there, participants will be guided through a traditional Hapé ceremony, held with intention and respect, as a way to clear energetic blockages, support mental clarity, and deepen presence.

Throughout the ceremony, live sound healing will be offered to support the journey, creating a container for release, reflection, and restoration.

This experience is an invitation to:

• slow down and reconnect with yourself
• release what you’ve been carrying
• receive support in a safe, intentional space
• nurture your energy from within

No prior experience with Hapé is necessary. Guidance and education will be provided to ensure all participants feel informed and supported.

Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held in community.
