New Moon Yin Yoga & Meditation

A journey of release and renewal - we'll gather under the February New Moon to practice a restful & reflective Yin yoga session, followed by a soothing guided meditation, known as 'Yoga Nidra'.

This workshop is a space to pause, reflect, and plant seeds of new intention as we sink into long-held postures, aimed to release physical tension and unwind the mind. We'll close with a deeply restful guided Yoga Nidra meditation, inviting you to find inner stillness and relaxation.

No prior experience needed - just bring yourself and a cosy layer to wrap up in.
