New Moon Sound Bath

Join us for a relaxing Sound Bath Meditation under the energy of the New Moon.
The New Moon symbolizes new beginnings, fresh possibilities, and the opportunity to plant seeds for what you wish to cultivate in your life. Together, we will begin the evening with a collective intention-setting practice, inviting clarity around what you are ready to call in, create, or nurture during this next lunar cycle.
You will then be guided into a sound journey as the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over your body.
Everything in the universe is energy, frequency, and vibration...including you. Sound healing works by using frequencies that can help quiet mental chatter, regulate the nervous system, and create a sense of harmony within the body. As the sounds and vibrations resonate through the space, they may help shift the brain from active beta states into more relaxed alpha and theta brainwave states, supporting deeper meditation, relaxation, self-reflection, and healing.
Benefits may include:
✨ Reduced stress and anxiety
✨ Greater mental clarity and focus
✨ Improved sleep and relaxation
✨ Enhanced sense of balance and well-being
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive. Some bolsters and eye masks will be available but feel free to bring your own.
Please bring:
• Yoga mat and any other props to support your comfort
• Water bottle
