About this Event

Ocean, Sunrise & Yoga- there is no better way to start your weekend... breathing, moving & vibing with the calming energy of the ocean, joining nature for the morning dance with a beautiful tribe of people. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

This class is a gentle hatha slow flow with sound healing music playing and beach yoga blankets provided-no yoga mats are needed. All welcome, beginner friendly and no preregistration required. Just show up!

Your instructor, Shannon Shneyder, is a RYT-500 Yoga Instructor, Physical Therapist of 27 years and feels most at home in nature (especially the beach!)

Shannon is a RYT-500 yoga instructor, physical therapist & wellbeing coach devoted to helping people come home to themselves. Her intention with all of her offerings is to hold space, encourage and support.

Shannon weaves dialog, music, sound, and poetry throughout her classes to help you drop into presence, nurture yourself, find peace, and return to love. She is passionate about creating yoga flows that help you attune to your body’s wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and tap into the insight that can only be found within.

Shannon believes yoga is for anyone who is willing to step on their mat and connect their mind and body through breath. Through her 30+ years of being a yogi, her personal journey inspires her to share her practice with joy, love, authenticity, and passionate dedication.

Beyond her RYT-500 Yoga Instructor certificate from My Vinyasa Practice in Austin Texas, Shannon has her Bachelor's in Nutrition from the University of Florida and her Master’s in physical therapy (with 25+ years of knowledge on anatomy & body mechanics) from the University of St. Augustine. She is also certified for Soul Purpose (Dharma) Coaching, Spiritual Life Coaching and Ayurvedic Nutrition. She loves animals and is vegan for the animals and feels most at home in nature, the beach being her happy place.
