Most of us spend Sunday evening in a state of "Pre-Week Anxiety"—scrolling through emails, mentally organizing schedules, and feeling the weight of the coming week settle into our shoulders.

The Sunday Sanctuary Reset at The Cubehouse is a deliberate interruption of that cycle. This isn't a workshop or a lecture. It is a 20-minute immersive "Sonic Bath" designed to drop your nervous system into a deep state of Delta-wave recovery, ensuring you wake up Monday morning feeling resonant, grounded, and clear.

This is our most intimate offering. With only 6 seats available per time slot, the sanctuary is held in total "Sonic Silence."

• The Protocol: Each guest will be placed on our specialized "Sunday Stillness" frequency (10Hz–20Hz).
• The Target: We focus the resonance on the Hips & Spine to ground the nervous system and the Chest to slow the heart rate and deepen the breath.
• The Environment: Low-level red light therapy, aromatic cedar, and zero digital distractions.

To maintain the sanctity of the space, we offer two private time slots:

• Slot A: 5:00 PM – 5:20 PM
• Slot B: 5:30 PM – 5:50 PM

(Please arrive 5 minutes early to transition into the sanctuary. Late arrivals will not be admitted once the sonic cycle begins.)
