New Moon Rebirthing & Six Gong Soundbath

Aligned with the playful New Moon in Gemini, renew with a potent Rebirthing Kriya from Kundalini Yoga. This powerful set of breath-work, movement and meditation will give you a cathartic release. This workshop will start with a practical forecast of current astrological influences. Then revitalize the mind, body and spirit from the burdens of subconscious weight with this rebirthing yoga-set. 

All experience levels welcome. Come ready to be challenged and transformed. 

3:00PM-4:30PM Six Gong Sound Bath 

Revitalize with the vibrations of six gongs in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The 21” Gongland Infinity,  28” Paiste Bronze No. 9,  32” Paiste Symphonic, 34” Vintage Paiste , 36” Brilliant Paiste Gong and 52” Paiste Symphonic Gongs will be centered in the dodecagon of the Starhouse temple to release and replenish. The journey will start with a meditation aligned with the New Moon in Gemini to support deep relaxation. Then unwind in an extended savasana immersed in healing sound. 

No experience necessary. Rebirthing Kriyas and gong relaxations are not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or under 13 year olds. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be available at Starhouse.
