For your maximum comfort create your own "nest to rest"

• Please bring a yoga mat &/or PLENTY of thick floor padding (cushioning/blanket)
• Small pillow for your head
• A cozy blanket
• Optional: a rolled towel or yoga bolster for under your knees
• Suggested: an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes
• Wear something cozy & comfortable

• Open doors 20 minutes before session (late entry unavailable)
• Seated, chair or reclined meditation is welcome

Commune and engage with natural elements: moonlight, water's edge, fire/candlelight or natural landscapes. It is often helpful to journal afterwards or find a quiet place to marinate and reflect.
