Chiron in Taurus: A Chuckanut Sound Bath
About this Event
Join of Bellingahm and Phil Sheffer of Seattle and for a special afternoon of sound, stillness, and deep restoration in the magical serenity of the Chuckanut Mountains.
Brooke is a sound practitioner, Integrative Health Coach, yoga instructor, and plant-based chef with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. After her own journey through leukemia and a stem cell transplant, she discovered healing through nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and sound. Today, she is devoted to creating spaces where others can slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their innate capacity to heal and thrive.
Phil is a therapeutic sound enthusiast, devoted gong player, and self proclaimed cosmic mule. His journey spans the science of behavioral psychoacoustics, singing crystals, vocal harmonics, and overtone singing. Guided by a deep curiosity about the healing potential of sound, he explores how vibration can support growth, transformation, and wellbeing. When not sharing sound with others, he can often be found playing the gong beneath forest canopies or under moonlight.
As Chiron enters Taurus, we step into a new chapter of healing that invites us to slow down, reconnect with our bodies, and cultivate greater stability, self worth, and resilience. Taurus reminds us that healing isn’t something to chase. It unfolds when we feel safe, grounded, and fully present.
To honor this powerful astrological shift, we’ll offer a rare Four Gong Sound Bath featuring two Chiron Gongs and two Wind Gongs. Together, these extraordinary instruments create rich waves of resonance that gently calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and invite deep rest, renewal, and inner balance.
Whether you’re looking to release stress, reconnect with yourself, or simply spend an afternoon immersed in sound and nature, this experience offers a welcoming space to soften, receive, and simply be.
