Ethnobotany is the study of the interactions between humans and plants, including our use of plants for food, medicine, building material, and cultural symbols. This event is the seventh class of this year's Ethnobotany Immersion Program offered by the Raven's Roots Naturalist School. This program includes classes and field trips one weekend per month from March to December of 2026. This class is a deep dive into how to make medicine with the various plants seen on our field trips, including tinctures, salves, infusions, syrups, and more! Camping is included in the program fee, which is $300 and includes about 15 hours of instruction. For more information, visit ravensroots.org/ethnobotany.
