What we'll cover

• The 10 stages of construction. Icon Construction & Development walks through each stage, from site prep to final walkthrough, and what your buyer sees along the way.
• Incentives and construction financing. Jaime Richmond of Sunflower Bank explains builder incentives like rate buydowns and closing cost credits, how presale financing works, and construction loans for buyers building on their own land: one-time vs. two-time close, how draws work, and what can go in the loan, from land and site work to shops and ADUs.
• Norfolk site tour. Check out the building process up close at Icon's Norfolk development in West Linn.
