Neuro-Somatic Breathwork™ with Andrea is a guided, immersive session that works with different layers of breath, sound, movement, and guided attention. 

"Through a combination of breathwork and embodied creative practices like writing, drawing and clay modelling, I guide people through a process of release, expression, clarity and rebuild, helping them reconnect to purpose and move forward with intention".

The practice works directly with the nervous system to support emotional and somatic release, mental clarity, intuitive perception, and expanded states of awareness. It is experienced blindfolded, encouraging inward focus and deeper sensory awareness.

Not recommended for epilepsy, and mental health conditions.

Andrea is a trauma informed breathwork facilitator, artist and somatic coach based in Berlin. Andrea works with creatives, founders and professionals who feel stuck, blocked or disconnected from their direction.
