Nervous System Wisdom- A Somatic journey through Yoga, Breath, Meditation & Embodied Healing
Awareness Creates Choice
Join us for a new monthly experiential workshop series that blends trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Applied Polyvagal Theory. Designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and embodied healing, each session offers practical tools and guided experiences that cultivate greater self-awareness, safety, connection, and compassion.
In this introductory workshop, you'll explore how your nervous system responds to stress, safety, and connection through the lens of Applied Polyvagal Theory. Through gentle yoga-inspired movement, mindfulness practices, meditation, breathwork, and experiential exercises, you'll begin to recognize your unique nervous system patterns and discover pathways toward greater regulation and self-compassion.
Attend this workshop as a standalone experience or join the full series to deepen your understanding of how the body holds stress—and how healing unfolds through awareness, presence, and embodied connection.
