Gentle Grounding: Meditation & Movement
Take time each week to unwind, reconnect, and restore in this balanced, hour-long class designed to calm the nervous system and quiet a busy mind.
Each session begins with centering, followed by a gentle 45-minute Hatha yoga practice. Poses are held with intention, emphasizing mindful alignment, breath awareness, and subtle strength-building.
We’ll then transition into a 15-minute guided meditation, offering dedicated time to cultivate mindfulness, inner peace, and deep relaxation.
This welcoming practice is suitable for all levels, including beginners. You’ll leave each class feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
