Nature Moves with Grass Routes Movement

Join Grass Routes Movement CIC at Heaton Park for a women-only, free, one hour session of movement and fun outdoors with the Nature Moves programme by WildStrong.

It will focus on confidence-building movement through games and light challenges that make you think, laugh, and move in new ways outdoors in nature.

All women and non-binary folks comfortable in a female led space are welcome.

Note - we will have a photographer at the 15th June event and so we ask that all attendees are comfortable with being in photos where possible. This is so we have imagery to support funding applications for future activity.
