Each month we explore a beautifully balanced yoga session to help you feel grounded, strong, and calm, finishing with restorative yin stretches and a deeply restful yoga nidra for complete relaxation.
After class, enjoy a light brunch of pastries, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and jasmine tea in the peaceful setting of our studio.
