About this Event
The approach πΰΌ
Many of us have felt the peace and calm that arrives when we're out in nature, and perhaps we dream of the possibility of connecting to the wisdoms of natural friends. The process of attuning allows us the opportunity to co-regulate, and sink deeper into our quiet inner wisdom. In these sessions, we delve into the lost practices of listening deeply and attuning to the wind, the trees, the earth, and the skies. We let ourselves be guided by the natural beings and elements that call to us, learning to rekindle the forgotten relationships we've had with mother earth.
Hear your inner calling and hunger for an authentic connection with nature. Slow the hurried mind and tend to the parts of us that have been burned out by work, struggle, and strife. In this session, you can let yourself be ΰΌ
What is Natural Attunement? πΰΌ
Natural attunement is relational, somatic, and non-linear approach that rekindles our connection with nature. It is a heart-made practice that blends aspects of meditation, experiential learning, and somatic experiencing in a gently guided experience. This introductory session is open to anyone who feels drawn to slow down, de-stimulate, and let go. Regardless of abilities, all are welcome π³

Agenda
π: 05:00 PM - 05:30 PM
Arrival & Grounding
Info: We'll go through grounding exercises, and be introduced to the fundamentals of 3 the freedoms.
π: 05:30 PM - 06:30 PM
Presencing, Embodiment, Attunement
Info: After checking in with ourselves, we will be nature-led into guided experiences. We shift between movement, stillness, and allow ourselves to experience aliveness from nature's perspective. Experiences may feel calming, revealing, surprising, or challenging. Everyone is met with what you need.
π: 06:30 PM - 07:00 PM
Inner & Outer Reflection
Info: We end with conversation, story-telling, and companionship. Community connections form the spine of our collective. Comparison becomes irrelevant as we are all moving through this journey of life in our own unique ways.
π: 07:00 PM
Gratitude & Conclusion
Info: We end with a heart-felt practice to be in gratitude for the space and intentions set. It's my favourite part sometimes, because everything dissolves in the light of authentic gratitude. Depending on the weather, a warm drink or a cold refresher is prepared for the session.
