Forget crowded bars, small talk and waking up depleted. The Wave is an immersive social wellness experience designed to help you step out of work mode and into the weekend feeling lighter, freer and more alive.

Combining Secret Sunrise’s guided silent dance experience with SoChill Bathhouse’s hot pools, cold plunges and sauna spaces, The Wave blends movement, music, water immersion and human connection into one unforgettable evening.

Like a wave, the experience moves through different states and energies — heat and cold, movement and stillness, intensity and release — designed to shift both body and mind out of the stress and stimulation of the week and into a more grounded, energised state.

One moment you’re moving through warmth and stillness in the sauna, the next you’re dancing under immersive sound with wireless headphones surrounded by a room full of people letting go together.

Guests are invited to move freely between the dance floor, pools and sauna throughout the experience, while guided moments at the beginning, throughout the journey and during the final wind-down intentionally invite shifts between hot and cold immersion, movement and stillness — creating a powerful full-body reset for both mind and nervous system.

No dance experience needed. No pressure. No performance. Just a fun, welcoming space to fully be yourself.

EXPERIENCE FLOW

7:00pm – Arrival & Transition
Arrive, settle in, change and ease out of the work week as the bathhouse opens for the evening.

7:15pm – Secret Sunrise Silent Dance & Immersion Journey
A guided silent dance experience using wireless headphones combined with access to SoChill’s hot pools, cold plunges and sauna spaces throughout the session. Move between music, water, heat and stillness in a way that feels intuitive to your body.

8:30pm – Afterglow Social & Bathhouse Wind Down
The evening softens into a slower social experience with wellness refreshments, open pool and sauna access, decompression and connection — designed to leave you feeling grounded, restored and deeply good heading into the weekend.
