About this Event
Join me in the the beautiful Phoenix Parks Preserve for a relaxing yoga hike! Before the full heat of the day expands, we'll explore the scenic desert trails and start our day off with yoga as the sun raises higher in the sky. After a 45-60min yoga class, you'll be transported in Savasana with a light sound bath.
With the desert in full color, we'll have time available to capture photos in this beautiful environment before we continue hiking back to the start.
This morning is the perfect way to connect with nature and find your zen.
