Rooted Sundays: Outdoor Yoga & Reset

We’ll move through a 60-minute, beginner-friendly blend of Vinyasa and Yin, centered on breath, gentle movement, and grounding. After class, the space will remain open for anyone who would like to stay — journal, create, relax, connect, or simply enjoy nature.

We’ll start right at 11:00, so try to get there a little early to get settled.

There is no pressure to stay. Come as you are. Leave when you’re ready.

This is more than a class — it’s a space to pause, reflect, and be present.
