Come join us at Zen Within Wellness Centre for a evening of Nalu Breathwork by Candlelight.Allow your Mind, Body & Soul to a discover a new level of transformation and the healing power of your own breath. With positive music and gentle healing sounds to create an incredible physical and spiritual experience.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced breather, our classes are simple, safe and extremely effective process for experiencing breakthroughs and optimal wellness in your life. Nula Breathwork is an active breathing process that differs from most traditional meditation and mindfulness practices. Most people report it is unlike anything they've ever experienced before.
This work is deeply experiential and may involve intense physical, energetic, and emotional release. But will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and revitalized.
