This yoga immersion is for anyone looking to deepen their practice and learn more - not just about the physical side of yoga, but yoga as a whole. The 8 limbs of yoga.
The Eight Limbs of Yoga, outlined in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, form a comprehensive framework for spiritual practice and personal development. These limbs provide guidance on how to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life through the practice of yoga.
Led by studio owner Deb, with a few guest teachers stopping by. 🤍
This two day immersion is suited to those who practise yoga on a regular basis or have practiced in the past.

Early bird price is $200 for the full two days, all inclusive.
Full price is $250 and there is also a payment plan of X4 fortnightly instalments as an option.
