Chronic pain can affect every aspect of your life. From a constant background ache, to debilitating sharp pains.

You can find yourself avoiding things you love for fear of how your body will end up feeling.


Today we want to help you change that,

We want to help you get back in control of your body and get back to doing the things you love again!


This event will be split in 2 parts:

  1. Starting with a 90 minute workshop led by World’s Strongest Woman, double world champion, triple world record holder, and all with fibromyalgia Meg Robson-Austin. Meg explores the often-missing piece of performance, recovery, and wellbeing: the connection between the mind and body.
  2. Then, we move onto a 3hr workshop with Tom Morrison & Jenni, who will teach you how to feel strong and confident again in your body. They’ll show you the exercises that have worked for thousands of others around the world who are getting control of their pain and getting their lives back. And you can too!

The Mind & Body Connection: Creating Lasting Change Through Movement, Mindset & Nervous System Awareness


Using a blend of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Human Change Therapy, lived experience, and practical coaching tools, Meg’s session will help attendees understand how stress, beliefs, emotions, identity, and nervous system responses influence the way we move, feel, recover, and perform.


Designed to align with Tom Morrison’s philosophy of helping people move better and enjoy life pain free, this workshop focuses on creating awareness of the internal patterns that can keep people stuck in pain, inconsistency, fear, tension, low confidence, or disconnection from their bodies.


Topics we’ll cover:

  • Understanding the mind-body connection
  • How thoughts and emotions affect movement, pain, flexibility, and recovery
  • Nervous system regulation and stress responses
  • Breaking limiting beliefs around movement and capability
  • Building body awareness, confidence, and resilience
  • Using movement and mindset together for lasting behavioural change
  • Practical NLP tools to improve self-talk, habits, and consistency
  • Reconnecting with your body through awareness and intentional movement


Drawing from personal experience competing at elite level strength sport while living with fibromyalgia, Meg brings a relatable, honest, and empowering approach to helping people better understand themselves physically and mentally.


This is more than motivation, it’s about learning how to work with your mind and body rather than against them, creating the foundation for stronger movement, better recovery, and a healthier relationship with yourself.



Learn to Move Through Pain

Suitable for all levels, this practical workshop will help you build core strength, fight pain flare ups, identify triggers & learn simple tools to tackle back pain and lower body joint & nerve pain.


Tom & Jenni want to help you with long term & chronic conditions spinal disc injuries, hypermobility, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis or even just muscle guarding from old injuries.


Over the last 10 years they’ve helped people with pain, limitations and learn how to manage their mobility (even though pain and fatigue!) to get stronger, reduce their symptoms, and get back to living a normal life again!


This workshop will help you:

  • Question & understand your pain
  • Know how to get active again, even if it seems scary now
  • How to navigate pain & fear when your body feels like it’s working against you
  • Learn techniques to help you during flare ups & setbacks
  • Build true, long lasting core strength
  • Increase both your strength & mobility to reduce flare ups happening


Tom shares his experience through his own spine injuries, extreme nerve pain, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions and inflammatory arthritis.
