About this Event

This workshop is taking place within the gallery space for Life Traces, an exhibition of textiles by Helen MacRitchie and ceramics by Debbie Page 14-25 August 2026.

Helen will be running this workshop using examples of her displayed work to explain knotting techniques. These techniques can be used to create complete areas of textural fabric, or decorative features such as cords, braids and ribbons to add to your textiles. Then full instruction and materials will be supplied for participants to make a knotted key fob.
