Movement Meditation Ministry: An Experience for Confident, Creative Girls

What if our girls learned early that rest, creativity, and wellness are a part of success?

The Soul Care Summer Experience is a 5-day immersive program designed for girls ages 8–14 to explore movement, mindfulness, creativity, and self-care in a safe, nurturing environment.

Through dance, reflection, and hands-on experiences, participants will build confidence, develop healthy habits, and learn how to care for their bodies and minds with intention.
