This powerful sound bath will leave you feeling lighter and more stable in your ability to control Self.Felicia is a certified sound practitioner and multidimensional healer who works diligently in the physical realm to provide guidance in the journey through restoration. Traveling to different states to provide her services aren't the only places Felicia puts work in, she works beyond the physical realm helping her clients restore harmony through sound, energy, and intention. With a deep passion for music and holistic studies, she has spent the past four years bridging the gaps between worlds and bringing them together to create meaningful balance. Her work is centered on crafting immersive, unique, and deeply nourishing sound healing experiences for anyone interested in ascending to their higher self.
Here’s what you can expect:
1.
A Calm, Comfortable Space�Participants are invited to sit or lie down comfortably often, on yoga mats or recliners with blankets and pillows for added relaxation.
2.
Gentle Guidance�The facilitator (sound practitioner) will begin with a brief introduction, setting an intention for the session and inviting you to relax and receive.
3.
Healing Sounds and Frequencies�You’ll experience the peaceful tones of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes, rain sticks, Koshi chimes, tongue drum, Native American flute and ocean drum.�These vibrations help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore energetic balance.
4.
Deep Relaxation and Stillness�As sound waves move through the body, many participants enter a meditative or dreamlike state. You may feel sensations of warmth, tingling, lightness, or gentle emotional release, all part of the body’s natural healing response.
5.
Gentle Awakening and Reflection�Toward the end, the sounds gradually soften. You’ll be guided back to full awareness, often followed by a few moments of silence and reflection.
6.
After the Session�Participants usually feel relaxed, refreshed, and grounded. It’s recommended to drink plenty of water and move gently afterward as your body continues to integrate the healing frequencies.
